Living the Women Empowerment Principles at Kubota

At Kubota, we are proud to be signatories and champions of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, jointly formed by the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women, since July 2012. These principles promote the improvement of labour, social conditions and environments to ensure female empowerment is fostered, celebrated and most importantly, brought to the table in a meaningful way, across all corporate activities.

As we celebrate Women in Construction this week, we want to recognize not only the women featured in the video below, but all the women across the entire Kubota community for the work they do day-in and day-out to make the Kubota community what it is today. We see you, we hear you, and we are so proud and fortunate to have such strong women in our organization and across our value chain. Kubota wouldn’t be the brand it is today without each of your invaluable contributions.
