Lynnette Schaeffer is Ledvance’s new director of training

February 14, 2024 – Lynnette Schaeffer has joined Ledvance as the new director of training, where she will oversee the company’s Lightpoint training program.

“With over two decades dedicated to the lighting and electrical industry, her expertise in supply chain management, product development, and manufacturing will bring a lot of value to Ledvance and our customers,” said Pedro Sega, head, Marketing USC, Ledvance.

Schaeffer’s career began in 1998 at Van Meter Industrial, then moved through positions at global lighting firms. She transitioned to training in 2020.

“I’m excited to join Ledvance and contribute to the company’s growth by enhancing our training and sales development programs,” said Schaeffer, who possesses both an MBA and LC Certification. “I look forward to welcoming our distribution partners to our state-of-the-art Lightpoint training facility in Westfield, Ind., through both online and in-person sessions.”
