Legrand welcomes Salma Siddiqui as BCS director of sales

December 6, 2023 – Salma Siddiqui has joined Legrand as director of sales, Canada, for the company’s Building Control Systems (BCS) division.

Her experience in the electrical industry goes back over 10 years, when she served as district sales manager for TCP Lighting.

Over the years, Siddiqui had stints with ReneSola and Stanpro, and Westburne where—alongside Dave Syer, vice-president—initiated “Women of Westburne” (WoW) to celebrate women in the electrical industry, provide mentoring, expand leadership opportunities, and recruit women to work in the industry.
