WIC Interview with Rachael Ganson, Co-owner, Canadian Builders

Co-owner of Canadian Builders in Vernon, B.C., Rachael Ganson has done everything on the jobsite from foundations, framing, trusses, electrical, laying tile, assembling cabinets, clean up, to all of the company’s design work, paperwork, accounting and meeting with clients to help with their ideas and designs. A mother of two children, she is already an inspiration for her eight-year-old daughter who can come on the job sites and talk with the trades with complete confidence. This is Rachael’s story.
